The official Facebook page of the Municipality contains information on activities related to the cleaning of illegal dumpsites. Citizens were involved in the implementation of the measure through voluntary clean-up activities of illegal dumpsites, carried out in cooperation with the Municipality of Struga and the local community.
During the quarter, a total of four clean-up actions were recorded. No specific formal consultations for decision-making were recorded; however, citizens’ participation contributed to the practical implementation of the measure and to improved cooperation with the Municipality of Struga

The Municipality of Struga did not organise independent public gatherings, debates, or forums related to the measure. However, within the framework of the project, two public debates and one public information event were organised addressing the situation with illegal dumpsites, the need for their cleaning, and the role of the local community.
Representatives of the Municipality of Struga participated in one of these events, while citizens, local communities, representatives of the business sector, and other stakeholders participated in the remaining activities.
The main conclusions were that continuous clean-up actions, improved coordination, and greater involvement of citizens in the implementation of the measure are needed
