With the interactive workshop held last weekend, the fifth generation of the Academy for Public Policy (APP) launched its second phase, in which ideas and issues from local communities are to be transformed into concrete, evidence-based, and feasible public policy proposals.
During the workshop, we worked alongside the participants to define local issues, explore research methods and data collection, identify stakeholders, and, ultimately, translate all of this into a clear plan and public policy document.
But this is just the beginning. In the coming period, with our support, the participants will continue conducting research, engaging with community members, gathering information, and developing their ideas into concrete public policies.
From “I have an idea” to “I have an implementable proposal” – we are getting started!
