As a part of the community mobilization efforts, a training for mentors was held in Skopje on January 25^th. The training was based on a non-formal education methodology of supporting active participation of the community mobilizers.

During the training, mentors were able to deepen their understanding of what mentorship entails, exchange knowledge and relevant experience, and discuss the key elements of a plan.

Mentors are present in all 8 development regions through NYCM regional offices, covering the entire country. In the next period, mentors will guide and support Community Mobilizers in implementing their acquired knowledge and skills while also monitoring and community mobilization initiatives.
