Together with the political party Levica, we organized a workshop for party members, with the aim of discussing and exchanging ideas on how a political party remains active and relevant even in the period when there are no elections. During the two-day workshop, the focus was on how to listen to citizens, how to turn local initiatives into concrete policies, and how political organizations can be present among voters every day, and not just during election campaigns.
This engagement is part of the Swiss Electoral Support Programme ongoing efforts to support the development of research and analytical capacities of political parties and to contribute to more informed, citizen-oriented, and responsive political processes.
