Dealing with municipal waste and raising awareness among the citizens of Bogovinje

This initiative will monitor the degree of implementation of the electoral promise related to the “Improved solid waste collection in the municipality of Bogovinje”. It will also include some actions that contribute to increased citizen awareness for a cleaner environment. Key community mobilization activities will include: field visits to neighborhoods and locations with discernible unclean environment; public debates with affected stakeholders and decision-makers; publishing of the monitoring findings on social networks (FB, Instagram, etc.); conducting surveys on the environmental condition in the municipality, etc.

The subject matter of the local monitoring refers to methods of waste management and selection in Bogovinje.
