Civic engagement for better future!

This Initiative will monitor the electoral promise to increase the kindergarten accommodation facilities. Community mobilization activities will include: organization of community forums to remind citizens and local authorities of the electoral promise; signing and submission of petition to the mayor and the Council of the Municipality of Prilep; creative/guerilla action to remind the mayor and the local self-government of the promised commitment to extend/construct three new pre-school facilities (kindergartens).

The subject matter of the local monitoring is the construction of pre-school facilities.

The citizens of this settlement informed us that has been promised for 30 years in their neighbourhood the construction of a kindergarten and a regional school, but unfortunately, no political authority has fulfilled the promise. They are already sure that it will not even be fulfilled, since new residential buildings are already sprouting in that place.
