Are Open lists a better solution for the country? Whether changing the electoral model will be beneficial and what kind of impact it may have, will be a topic of discussion on the Debates organized by Masar Zhaku on 20th (Saturday) and 21st (Sunday) of February 2021.  Masar Zhaku is our Community Mobilizer who is implementing Innovative Initiative on the topic: Open lists – a better solution for the country?

Masar Zhaku as part of his initiative is exploring the possible implementation of this electoral model i.e. Open lists and possible changes to the Electoral Code.

As part of his Initiative Masar will organize a meetings with different stakeholders including practitioners, CSOs, representatives from Institutions, political parties etc.
