The workshop aims to strengthen the organizational, communication and political capacities of the representatives of the political parties in the country, in order to achieve greater political responsibility and stronger connection with the citizens. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises and exchange of experiences, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the contemporary challenges faced by political parties, to improve their approaches to more effectively translating programmatic commitments into everyday political activities and to better coordinate the work between the central and local levels. In addition, the workshop will address the ways in which political parties can more successfully recognize the needs of citizens and develop public policies that meet their expectations, as well as the possibilities and limitations of artificial intelligence as a potential tool in party functioning.
