The purpose of this 2I is to inform and mobilize the affected community to utilize the measure regarding government aid for employers, which raised the wage up to 6,000 MKD.
Initiative includes setting up an information stand on the square in Gostivar where flyers with information about the measure and advertising material will be distributed.
In order to hear the opinion of both employees and employers, a conference will be organized, and the results of the whole initiative will be promoted through a short video.

The initiative aims to explore the advantages and disadvantages of open lists. It will organize discussions with experts and voters to discuss what would be the best model to be applied for open lists (from the other countries experience) and to what extend the citizens are ready to understand and accept open lists. The findings from the discussions will be consolidated and will be used by the party for the preparation of the strategy for voters’ outreach and education for local elections.

This 2I is going to examine the limited opportunities and mechanisms for youth participation in the municipality of Gostivar. It will be addressing the opportunities and mechanisms for the participation of the young people by creation of video interviews, seminar and debate for the youth, quantitative and qualitative research including a variety of specific target groups regarding youth participation in the municipality to determine the best possible outcome for the young people in Gostivar and present it to the party for its program for the local elections.

The objective of 2I is to explore the needs, challenges and potential for young residents of Gostivar municipality. This will be done through survey with young people and focus groups. The findings will be presented and shared with political party representatives in Gostivar and will be incorporated in the election program of the possible candidate for mayor for the next local election in 2021.
