A three-day workshop on “Community Engagement, Mobilization and Communication of Monitoring Findings” was held in Skopje as part of the Electoral Support Programme.
The workshop brought together the Programme’s grantees and focused on strengthening their capacities to engage and mobilize local communities, as well as to effectively communicate findings generated through their monitoring activities.
Through practical exercises, discussions and exchange of ideas, participants strengthened their knowledge and approaches for involving citizens in monitoring and advocacy processes. Particular attention was given to how monitoring findings can be used to encourage public dialogue, strengthen accountability and advocate for concrete changes within local communities.
The workshop contributed to preparing the grantees to implement community mobilization activities and promote more active citizen participation in monitoring issues of public interest.
