Currently, there is no system available of mandatory financing of monuments from the list of monuments of national interest. In the national system for protection of the cultural heritage, with articles 32 and 43 of the law for protection of the cultural heritage, a specific monument-legal institute is established - Declaration of cultural heritage in danger.

In the last six months, a decision has been made to declare cultural heritage in danger. In the application of this monumental-legal institute, no special decision is made with a declarative character for termination of the status - cultural heritage in danger.

The priorities of the department for creative industries and interdisciplinary projects in the annual competition for financing projects of national interest, which in culture refer to supporting projects and activities that stimulate the creative and artistic potential of all citizens regardless of their ethnic, religious, ideological, political , age or religion; strengthening the independent cultural sector, as an important socio-cultural factor, nurturing and encouraging creative diversity, artistic creation and projects that promote equal opportunities for all.

Excerpt from the Government Program:Draft-decision for giving consent to the Program for construction of new facilities and for reconstruction, rehabilitation and adaptation of the existing facilities used by the national institutions in the field of culture for 2021 1) In order to overcome the weaknesses from the first phase of decentralization we will increase the block grants to cover all the real needs of the local institution. The funds will be used for current and material maintenance of the institutions, for new investments, in order to improve the condition of the facilities of the local institutions in culture and their functionality

"The National Philharmonic and Theater Y.H. Dzhinot has concluded contracts with the selected contractors from the announced public procurements. In the month of September, after the conclusion of the contracts, a field introduction in the work of the contractors has been conducted by the supervisory bodies. A field inspection has been made, experts from both institutions have been consulted and a course of performance activities has been set. - From the activities related to the other three institutions - Small Station, CC Anton Panov Strumica and Museum of Macedonia, the specifications have been finalized due to which the previous public procurement was annulled by the working group, a procedure is underway to prepare documentation for republishing the public procurement. - From the projected funds for these institutions, even in this quarter, despite the awarded construction contracts and the started activities, no funds have been spent yet. "

Excerpt from the Government Program:We will continue to invest in cultural infrastructure and in several cities we will establish Youth Cultural Centers, as specialized institutions that will develop the cultural needs of young people, in order to improve their quality of life to keep them in the country. Depending on the needs, there will be multimedia centers with multi-purpose spaces: cinema hall, theater stage, concert stage, showroom, bowling alley, buffet or business-cafe space, etc.

YC has been opened in the city of Kavadarci. For the year of 2020 a total of 765,000 denars have been budgeted, while for the year of 2021 - a total of 500,000 denars.

A YC is planned to be opened in the following cities: Ohrid, Probistip, Stip and In other Municipalities.

Managers have been appointed in the YC of Kavadarci, and a call is open for the selection of contractors for the programs. A proposal-decision for establishment of a YC was adopted in the city of Kumanovo. The municipalities of Veles and Kumanovo have already provided space for a YC, Bitola is still in the procurement phase.

The information on the realization of the Project ""Conservation and restoration works of the Aqueduct in Skopje"", the Government will be informed about the current activities aimed at appropriate treatment in the field of protection of the Aqueduct in Skopje."

At a press conference on 15.09.2021, the Ministry of Culture announced the start of conservation work on the Skopje aqueduct. A management plan will be worked on in parallel with the conservation.

The federations that receive funds from the state budget must ensure the functioning of male and female sports, that is, male and female sports clubs and / or national teams. Information on the project proposal ""Gender Equality in Sport"" Explanation: We are introducing gender equality in sports - 30% of women in governing bodies (parliament, board, EB) commencing from 2020, and 50% by 2024. Federations that receive funding from the state budget must ensure the functioning of males and female sports , that is, male and female sports clubs and / or national teams. Expected impacts: Equal representation of women in sports in all organs of management, financing of projects of the national sports federations to support the participation of women in sports, both in the training process, recreational activities, and in the direction of her increased participation as a coach, referee or as a creator of the work of bodies in clubs, federations and national associations."
