The Pelagonija Public Utility Company profile and the Municipality’s page contain chronological photo evidence and reports on field actions undertaken to address illegal dumps, which remain a frequent problem in rural areas. Critical locations are mapped and cleaned through extraordinary seasonal interventions using heavy machinery (excavators and trucks) to remove accumulated solid, construction, and bulky waste at the entrances and exits of settlements (including Krivogastani, Obrshani, Vogjani, Bela Crkva, etc.). The implemented activities are fully consistent with the objectives defined in the program.

During the quarterly period, no written requests, petitions, or formal civic initiatives were officially submitted to the Municipality of Krivogastani or the Public Utility Company Pelagonija. Additionally, no evidence of citizen participation in municipal council sessions related to this measure was identified.

LAG Agro Leader initiated and organized a public gathering—a field meeting held on May 13th 2026 in Krivogastani related to this measure. Although the Municipality of Krivogastani does not have a designated open day, citizens can visit the municipal offices daily and seek information or raise issues related to the measure. There is no specific open day dedicated to municipal waste collection services, including service regularity, territorial coverage, and efficiency. On average, 4–5 citizens visit the municipality each day. During these visits, citizens raise concerns related to living conditions, report issues such as uncollected waste, and submit other requests related to municipal services.
