On 26 October 2023, Skopje hosted a pivotal event spotlighting the research on Civic and Voter Education. This event, part of the “Support To Electoral Reform” project backed by the Swiss government, emphasized the importance of educating citizens about their civic duties and voting rights.
Ioana Cosma, the Country Director of IFES, initiated the proceedings by shedding light on the research’s primary goals. Following her, Elena Ognenovska and Jelena Cetkovic Janeva from the TIM Institute expertly guided attendees through the research’s methodology, principal findings, and actionable recommendations.
Dynamic Q&A sessions further enriched the day, offering attendees the opportunity to delve deeper into the research content, pose questions, and discuss future implications.
