As part of the summary monitoring presented below, groups of criteria are selected on a monthly basis for which summary data are reported across all municipalities, i.e. issues that are included in the monitoring system. In this way, a general overview can be obtained about important aspects of the work of local self-government units, in terms of how active they are on the issues monitored by community mobilizers, whether and to what extent they share information with the public and local stakeholders related to these issues and to what extent they take steps for the active participation of citizens in the decisions that affect the monitored issues.
