As part of the capacity development efforts aimed to increase the knowledge and skills of the Research and Analytical Centers (RACs) of the political parties in the country, but also the young politicians,  IFES will organize a training on Inclusive Policy Development, delivered by the International Political Party Specialist Iain Gill.

The aim of this training is to dwell into the policy making but from political party point of view. It will also dwell into internal and external communication of a policy and application within the party.  The knowledge and the skills from the training can be applied both during interaction with citizens but also in the party structures aiming to influence the Agenda of the party.

The trainer, Mr. Gill has more than 15 years international experience, working with more than 250 political parties across the world.

Participants at the training will be representatives from the four RACs of the political parties: Alliance for Albanians, DUI, SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE and the young grantees of the Innovative Initiatives as part of the “Support to Electoral Reforms” project.
