The Feasibility Study and Roadmap for the Establishment of a Training Center in the State Election Commission (SEC) will be presented on 13 October 2022, at Holiday Inn Hotel.

The purpose in developing the Feasibility Study was to identify and recommend to the SEC the most suitable organisational models for an electoral training facility, identifying pros and cons for each model, exploring options on how the facility could be established, considering, inter alia, financial, operational and legislative implications. On the basis of the preferred model, a Roadmap was developed to help identify key stages and milestones of the establishment process, keep track of the many tasks and resources, divide work between team members, manage expectations of key stakeholders and communicate with other institutions involved in the process.
