As part of the program for strengthening the RACs, in cooperation with the RAC of Alliance for Albanians, IFES will organize a training on the topic: Women participation in politics, microtargeting and communication. The training will be led by Lolita Cigane, international expert for political issues, microtargeting and election campaigns.
