On 13 August, SDSM youth Andrej Gulabovski will host a public presentation as part of his 2I Bitola Smart APPcity, an initiative aiming to respond to the lack of public inclusion in the process of budget preparation and realization by exploring digitalization of municipal processes.

Attendees will be familiarised with the content, scope and objectives of the project, followed by a video presenting the functionality of the proposed reforms.
