As part of the Electoral Support Programme, financed by the Government of Switzerland, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is supporting the State Election Commission (SEC) capacity building workshop on the responsibilities and procedures for the accredited observers in the Presidential and Parliamentary elections in 2024. The workshop is intended for representatives of domestic or foreign registered associations of citizens authorized by the State Election Commission to observe the elections.
