The community mobilizer Elena Ridova within her innovative initiative on 23.10.2021 will organize a panel discussion on “How information technologies can help in improving the Public Administration” at Youth Center – Kavadarci.

The purpose of the event is to discuss how to improve and digitize public administration.

Elena follows the measure of the Government from the program 2020-2024, which reads: “Modern and efficient administration: more system, less bureaucracy – With the introduction of Electronic System for automation of administrative procedures, every job task will be assigned to employees clearly and precisely with opportunity to monitor its execution in real time, which will increase the effectiveness and accountability of the work, and the promotion and reward will be based on real indicators and contribution. The government plans to introduce a BPMS system in at least 30% of the state administration bodies by the end of 2021, and by the end of 2024 the system will be introduced in all state administration bodies.
