At the forth forum on the topic FOR/AGAINST open lists, Havushe will initiate a discussion with the young representatives from more political parties in the municipality from Tetovo.

The Forum is part of the initiative that Havushe Leskovica is implementing as part of the project “Support to electoral reforms”.

The forum will be opened with address by two panelists:

Ali Musliu, – lecturer on Electoral systems and human rigths

Ditmire Shehu- Vice president of the State Election Commission

The forum will also represent a platform for discussion among the political parties regarding whether the list should be open or not, what kind of influence the change of the electoral system will have, and whether that will contribute for greater responsibility of the councilors during their mandate.

The forum will be held in hotel “Lirak”, Tetovo on 20.02.2021, at 18:00h.
