This Initiative will monitor the electoral promise and remind the local self-government and residents of the municipality of Shuto Orizari of the unresolved problem with illegal landfills. Community mobilization activities will include: field mapping (photo documentation of the existing illegal landfills; organizing a petition for the municipal and City of Skopje authorities to fulfill the electoral promise; organizing guerrilla action; organizing a creative action (creative or artistic activism); media reporting about the problem with illegal landfill in the Municipality of Shuto Orizari.

The subject matter of the local monitoring refers to allocation of funds from the municipal budget to tackle the illegal landfills.
