This 2I aims at mobilizing the community about the challenges, shortcomings and difficulties faced by youth population of North Macedonia and Greece because of the lack of cross-border cooperation. One of the commitments from the Prespa Agreement was to deepen the mutual cooperation both at diplomatic level and among civil cross-border cooperation. The Government Program addresses this commitment by planning to re-open the border crossing point “Markova Noga-Lemos” and opening of Regional Centers for Cooperation and Dialogue. Through a variety of community mobilization activities, the 2I will engage with young people living in bordering region and municipalities such as Strumica, Valandovo and Gevgelija to discuss common interests and challenges that youth faces and identify possible ways for cross-border cooperation.
