For easier realization of their rights, all persons who are registered in the national register of persons with disabilities will have a unique identification card through which they will have free access to services. We show that we respect the rights of people with disabilities. Our goal is to ratify the Marrakesh Agreement so as to realize the rights of persons with disabilities.
