We will continue to invest in cultural infrastructure and in several cities we will establish Youth Cultural Centers, as specialized institutions that will develop the cultural needs of young people, in order to improve their quality of life to keep them in the country. Depending on the needs, there will be multimedia centers with multi-purpose spaces: cinema hall, theater stage, concert stage, showroom, bowling alley, buffet or business-cafe space, etc.
