The Government’s plan is to develop Shar Mountains as a national park.The identification of proposed areas within the process of establishing the European Coherent Ecological Network Natura 2000 will continue. 2) The initiative is implemented in accordance with the Law on Nature.With the adoption of the Law on declaring part of Shar Mountains a protected area, the category of protection of the area of protection, geographical features and other basic features, cartographic view with borders of the area of protection, types of zones within the area of protection and the borders of the zones, protection regime, governing entity and other issues determined by the proclamation act will be prescribed in the category national park.
