We will adopt a National Strategy for digitalization of the education system. This will define and legalize distance learning as a possible alternative solution for learning by using the means of electronic communication without the physical presence of stakeholders. A government team will be fully committed to the development of digital forms and content in education. With the help of domestic IT developers and companies and the support from IT faculties, we will create a central national platform with two-way communication, a database with examples of good practices, curricula, electronic textbooks, electronic teacher portfolios, electronic student file, etc. pedagogical records and documentation that will be user friendly for use by teachers, students and parents, but also by educational institutions. In this way we will prepared the next generation for the new times and technologies, and at the same time enhance the capacity for managing crises similar to the latest pandemic.
