Draft-law Amending the Law on Games of Chance and Entertainment Games. Explanation: The proposed amendments to the Law on Games of Chance and Fun Games are aimed at determining the distance of the business premises where the games of chance are organized (slot machines, betting shops, casinos) not less than 500 meters away from primary and secondary schools, higher education institutions and 36 religious buildings.
Additionally, the Draft Law will strengthen the provisions that refer to the organizers of games of chance in terms of the amount of fees and the manner of their calculation and determination.
