With the adoption of the new law on social protection, on the basis of which a decision was made to determine the prices for social services for extra-family protection for 2020, the monthly care allowance was increased by 30%. According to the program of the new Government, there should be an additional increase of 30%, which has not been realized so far.

It has been identified that the National Coordinating Body for the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities together with the MLSP is planning projects and policies, including the National Register of Persons with Disabilities. The MLSP budget for 2021 has been projected, there is no item for the National Register for Persons with Disabilities.

There is no data on the number of registered persons in the National Register of Persons with Disabilities. To date, 356 functional assessments of persons with disabilities have been made.
