Excerpt from the Government Program:Healthcare and Covid 19 The measure will follow the promises given by the Government in the program for improving the conditions in the healthcare, i.e. monitoring of all measures for prevention of the virus that are taken by the Government for a possible next wave.
Mobilizer: Katerina Nikolovska- Indicator 1. Introduced new measures for prevention of Covid 19 where the target group are the citizens of RNM
A total of 4 new measures were introduced in the period October-December 2020, as follows: Introduction of mandatory self-isolation from the moment of testing to the moment of obtaining results (misdemeanor is 50 euros); Prohibition of grouping of more than 4 people in public places after 9 pm (misdemeanor 500 euros); Reduction of working hours until 9 pm in catering facilities. Due to the increased workload and the need for additional personnel, the Government decided to involve the military. During December, recommendations were issued not to group the population during the holidays.

There are no new effective measures. When vaccination begins, priority will be given to health professionals.
- Indicator 3. Introduced new measures for dealing with Covid 19 related to the educational process
Regarding the educational process, there is a new measure and it introduces online teaching for all young people in primary and secondary education except for children aged 1 to 3 grade.
- Indicator 4. Existing measures that have been amended, which refer to the prevention and management of Covid 19
36,966 offenses of not wearing a mask. This measure is supplemented by the amendment and introduction of mandatory wearing of a mask both outdoors and indoors. The measure for the catering facilities has been supplemented, according to which, in the period from December 18 to January 20 will work until 6 pm, instead of until 9 pm as before.
- Indicator 5. Introduced measures in coordination with the countries in the region
The citizens of Macedonia, Albania and Serbia (a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the Fight against Covid-19 was signed on November 9) can travel without a PCR test. A citizen of one of these countries, if found ill in the territory of another country, will be provided with medical assistance and will be treated in the same country, and the costs will be covered by his home country.
