Representatives from the 4 Research and Analytical Centers (RACs) and youth from the political parties, our Innovative Initiative Implementers, went through highly engaging and interactive training on Inclusive Policy Development conducted by Iain Gill, International Political Party Specialist.
The training dwelled into the policy making but from political party point of view. It went through internal and external communication of a policy and application of the policy within the party. The knowledge and the skills from the training can be applied both during interaction with citizens but also in the party structures aiming to influence the Agenda of the party. The training methodology was based on scenarios, concrete examples and exercises, with interactive approach and constant participants engagement.
IFES through the Support of the Electoral Reforms Project is working on increasing citizens’-oriented policies of the party programs for the upcoming local elections.
