This past weekend, we wrapped up the fourth and final module of the fourth generation of the Academy for Public Policies! Focused on the topic “You are not alone! – Working on common platforms before and after elections”, the participants improved their skills in non-verbal communication, coalition building, crisis management in political parties and achieving political compromise.
28 participants from 13 political parties successfully completed the first part of the Academy. In the next phase, with the support of our mentors, the participants will work on implementing their Innovative Initiatives. Through this process, they will identify the causes of real problems in their local communities, explore the different perspectives of stakeholders, collect possible solutions and propose the best alternatives that would become part of their parties’ offer for the 2025 local elections.
