The Research and analytical center of VMRO-DPMNE and IFES successfully organized a workshop for building the capacities of party members, focused on internal communication, strengthening teamwork and dialogue in the party and leadership skills. Through hands-on work, participants practiced how to apply these skills, encouraging cooperation and growth within the party. This event is part of our efforts and activities to support the research and analytical centers of the political parties.
