Protecting our nature and environment is one of our key responsibilities.

Exactly on this duty or obligation, Darko Kuzmanoski wanted us to discuss on 16.09 at 9 o’clock at Kantina.

The topic of the Town Hall Discussion was “Creating conditions for recycling plastic waste”, which means finding a solution or strategy how to recycle this plastic waste and not throw it in illegal landfills that pollute the air.

Darko gave some ideas on how plastic can also be used in a creative and artistic way.

The participants reacted that recycling machines are not available in all municipalities and that we should first be educated through an appropriate strategy on how to select the garbage. Everyone supported Darko’s idea that something must be done to regulate this process because it directly affects the health of citizens.

This Public Debate was organized by Darko Kuzmanovski as a participant in the Academy for Public Policy, and he  is also a member of the youth of the New Social Democratic Party.
