During the round table event, international gender consultant Florence Ganou will present the Report on the assessment, findings and recommendations for enhancing women political participation for the upcoming parliamentary elections. The report was prepared in order to provide guidance and expertise on issues related to gender representation in elections and political processes. The analysis conducted by the international consultant was aimed at investigating the factors that hinder the potential and prevent full meaningful engagement of women members of parliament in the process of decision making, internal political party activities and engagement with electorates.
