To what extent and how are local self-government units implementing election promises? Take a look at our Monitoring Matrix, within which 25 active civil society organisations are following the implementation of specific issues/promises from the Local Elections of 2021.
The program for Community Mobilization and monitoring of electoral promises aims at increasing community engagement on issues relevant to specific communities. The monitoring part of the program encompasses a period of six months, starting on 1 November 2022 and ending in April 2023. Data collected from the monitoring of local self-government units are presented in the Monitoring Matrix that is being completed on a monthly basis for specific priorities subject to monitoring by the Community Mobilizers in various municipalities.
