Over 260 participants from political parties in the Republic of North Macedonia, Alliance for Albanians, VMRO-DPMNE, DUI and SDSM were educated on activism, leadership, local policies, communications, analytics, innovations, etc. in trainings organized by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems IFES.
They went through training to strengthen the communication skills of citizens, how to recognize the needs of citizens and address them, and how to communicate the policies they create in parties and institutions with the community and the media, which is the role of local authorities and how local officials monitor local government policies.
In June-December 2022 period, in cooperation with the Research and Analytical Centers (RACs) of the parties, were held 10 trainings for representatives of political parties at the local level, women, youth and other sectors of the parties.
IFES continues to cooperate and strengthen the capacities of RACs and representatives of political parties in the country.
