We successfully completed the workshop with representatives of political parties, organized within the framework of the Swiss Election Support Programme in North Macedonia, implemented by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). In anticipation of the 2025 Local Elections, participants strengthened their skills in intra-party organization, evidence-based policymaking, and strategic political positioning.
Together, we tried to answer the following important questions:
– How can the parties gain the trust of voters in a crowded political space?
– What does it mean to truly listen to citizens – and how to translate that into action?
– Coalition or solo performance? How to decide what is best for the party and the voters?
