The event also highlighted the support provided to 10 civil society organizations and the capacity building of 70 observers for future election monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions also addressed the main findings, gaps and challenges related to outdoor political advertising during the 2025 Local Elections, as well as the online dimension of the election campaign, including the misuse of administrative resources, spending on paid political advertising and sponsorship, and third-party financing of candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The conference brought together representatives of political parties, the State Election Commission, state institutions, local self-government units, civil society organizations, the international community and other relevant stakeholders.
