This creates safety risks, limits mobility, and fuels insecurity\u2014particularly affecting women, children, the elderly, and students\u2014and hampers social and economic activity after dark.<br \/>\nThe initiative will use field assessments and community consultations across 11 villages to identify priority locations for lighting improvements.
