N\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb mandatit do t\u00eb realizojm\u00eb sistemin e thirrjeve \"\"112\"\"\r\n2) Rind\u00ebrtimi i objektit t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Krizave n\u00eb Kumanov\u00eb do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb Qendre Trajnimi. Kjo krijon kushte p\u00ebr planifikimin e organizuar dhe zbatimin e trajnimeve, ushtrimeve dhe aktiviteteve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb do t\u00eb rrisin koordinimin, efikasitetin dhe p\u00ebrgjigjen n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb Sistemin e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Krizave (Neni 29 paragrafi 2 i Ligjit p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Krizave). Rind\u00ebrtimi i objektit do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb gjithashtu q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet p\u00ebr pun\u00eb 24\/7 t\u00eb nj\u00ebsis\u00eb rajonale t\u00eb QMK n\u00eb Kumanov\u00eb, me \u00e7ka do t\u00eb zgjidhet p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja me hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e \u200b\u200bpun\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebrshtatja e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs p\u00ebr nevojat e sistemit E-112 t\u00eb parashikuar p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn l\u00ebndore.\"\r\n\r\n\r\n[:en]\" 1) In the first year of the mandate, the Government will offer structural reform of the crisis management systems and protection and rescue through reorganization, equipping and training of\r\nrapid response operational teams. These segments are the foundation in building a society resistant to crises and disasters. The same were proved to be beneficial during the crisis and emergency caused by the coronavirus pandemic. In the first half of the mandate we will realize the call system \"\"112\"\"\r\n2) The reconstruction of the building of the Crisis Management Center in Kumanovo will enable the establishment of a Training Center. This creates conditions for organized planning and implementation of trainings, exercises and other activities that will increase the coordination, efficiency and timely response of the participants in the Crisis Management System (Article 29 paragraph 2 of the Law on Crisis Management) .
